Office and Practice Solutions (OPS) is a management consulting firm with a proven track record of delivering strategic direction, support, and training to independent practitioners and business-owners nationwide.

OPS was launched in 2017 by local entrepreneur Sari Schiff. Sari’s background was in managing real estate development for a large national retailer, but she decided to shift her attention to the healthcare industry. It was apparent to Sari that basic business knowledge was lacking in many professional practices. She felt there was an opportunity to educate and collaborate with practitioners to improve their business operations, their work-life balance, and their bottom line. So Sari made the transition to the consulting world and founded OPS.

When working with independent practices or small businesses, Sari skillfully identifies every challenge and considers them not as hurdles, but as opportunities to be capitalized on. She proposes solid strategies and implements best practices to help clients grow their businesses. Her starting point is always patient/customer experience, followed closely by human resource management. Her end-goal is to provide her clients with these results:

Sari has also partnered with local dentist Ron Schmidt in a new business venture called Dental Air Studio. This partnership offers hospital quality air management and purification systems to the local dental and medical offices to mitigate aerosol-borne contaminants in the air.
